Requirements & Pricing
- Our fee is 5% of the gross per load. All we need to get you setup is the information contained inside of your carrier packet, which should include the following:
- Your Information Sheet
- Active Authority (Own MC #)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Copy of current Valid CDL for each driver being dispatched.
- References
- Signed W-9
- Signed dispatcher-carrier agreement with Limited Power Of Attorney (LOA) included.
- Notice Of Assignment (NOA). (Only if using a factoring company). Or a voided check with account information.
